Products and product prices 

Product prices are presented in connection with product demonstrations. Our products include VAT. The tax breakdown is shown in the shopping cart and order confirmation.


Payment options

Our online store has several different payment methods for all needs and you can choose from two different payment intermediaries Checkout or Klarna according to your preferences.

Klarna; Our online store has several different payment methods, such as Finnish bank buttons, invoice and Installment payment options. Payment is handled by Klarna.

Paytrail; Payment Service Provider

Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.

Private customers can pay for their orders with the payment methods available in the shopping cart. There are also several payment methods for business customers in the shopping cart.


Delivery charge

Our package and delivery plans total EUR 4.90 (in mainland Finland) and will be automatically added to the total amount of the order. If the order amount is at least 75 euros, we will not charge shipping and packaging costs (in mainland Finland).

Delivery charges are for deliveries to mainland Finland (not Åland).


The deliveries

We will send your ordered products by mail as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours of arrival. If any of the items on our order are out of stock, we will contact you. We currently supply products only to mainland Finland (not Åland).

Products can also be picked up from us.


Product damaged in delivery

If the product delivered is damaged on the way and possibly also the package is damaged, then make a notification of damage and make sure it is also posted as soon as possible.


Product Return Policy

All products have a full 14 day return policy. The product to be returned must be unused and unchanged. The sales package must be intact and merchantable.

If you would like to return your product / products please first contact us for return instructions.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return or non-collection. When the product is returned via a transport company (eg Post) as a parcel or letter, a tracking code must be kept for possible tracking.
